Celebrate with us as we honor Michele Cooper, the AIGA/Philadelphia 2019 Fellow. Come early for a reception and inspiring exhibition of the We the Women posters (6-7pm), or join us for a full evening of conviviality—food, Victory Beer Oktoberfest tasting and dancing to music by Flies in the Kitchen. The AIGA Fellow program is the highest recognition an AIGA chapter can bestow on local, long-standing members who have made a significant contribution to raising the standards of excellence in practice and conduct within their local or regional design community as well as in their local AIGA chapter. We the Women is a visual initiative made up of female, female-identifying and non-binary designers using their talents to bring awareness to women’s rights in the USA. The We the Women poster exhibition will be on view from October 2nd-13th.
